Job descriptionProspero Teaching are looking to recruit a reliable Cleaner to work within a fantastic secondary school in the Wallasey area to start in September 2025!Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment within the school and to make the school presentable for students, staff and visitors. You will be committed to maintaining high standards across the school.Teaching Assistant
  • Location – Wallasey, CH45
  • Type of work – Long Term
  • Start date – September 2025
  • Contract type – Long-term Temporary
  • Full time/part time – Full time
  • Pay: £14 – £15 per hour
  • Hours – 20 hours per week- hours TBC
Responsibilities include:
  • General cleaning around the premises (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
  • Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas
  • Following any special cleaning instructions when required
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be trustworthy and punctual
  • Have prior experience
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude
  • Be able to work independently and with care
To be eligible:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional references/cover the last 2 years
