Our client is undertaking a review of its current HR and Finance processes to identify and implement improvements that enhance controls and reporting. The Business Analyst and Process Change Lead will play a pivotal role in driving these process changes. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and documenting existing "As Is" processes, collaborating with stakeholders to define, plan, and implement new "To Be" processes. This role involves leading discovery workshops, producing detailed process documentation, creating and delivering high-quality training materials, and supporting the business through process transitions. The incumbent will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and managers to ensure process improvements are effectively embedded and aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities
Lead workshop discovery sessions to capture current and future state processes
Document "As Is" and "To Be" processes, including process flows, RACI charts, roles, and responsibilities
Analyse business and system processes, identifying risks and controls
Define process controls and workflow definitions
Identify and document process improvement opportunities
Develop and deliver training materials to key users
Support planning and transition activities for process changes
Present findings and solutions clearly using MS Office toolsSkills
Expertise in working with SMEs and managers to identify business needs
Strong business and system process analysis, including risk assessment
Proficient in creating detailed process documentation (process flows, RACI charts)
Ability to define process controls and workflows
Skilled in facilitating and documenting discovery and solution design workshops
Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities
Competence in creating and delivering training materials
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skillsExperience
Approximately 10 years' experience in implementing Finance or HR business and system process improvements
Minimum 5 years' experience using or configuring Finance or HR systems
