- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard across a variety of kitchens (players, hospitality, media, and retail areas)
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering smooth match day service
- Leading a section during busy prep and service times
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Assisting with stock control, prep lists
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie minimum 2 years' Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm, focused attitude
- Strong knowledge of food safety (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum) and Food allergen
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends, evenings, and match days
- Passion for food and football is a bonus!
- Your own Knives, chef white, chef trousers, safety shoes, aprons is essential!
- Work in unique and exciting sporting venue's Nationwide, we supply staff from Southampton all the way up to Newcastle and everything in the middle.
