Job Title: Warehouse ManagerLocation: Warwick, OnsiteIndustry: Sales, Service and distribution sectorExcellent basic salary, company pension, 25 days holiday, Bonus potential, Life Assurance, Private Health PlanLead, Optimise, DeliverWe're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing and electrical assembly operations at this Warwick site. You'll oversee goods in/out, inventory accuracy, stock control and team performance-driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.What You'll Do
  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 across warehouse and electrical workshop
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and champion a culture of safety
  • Maintain stock accuracy and optimise ERP/WMS processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost control
  • Liaise with the Electrical Design Team to support bespoke product assembly
  • Work with suppliers and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics
What You'll Bring
  • Strong leadership and warehouse management experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, stock control and warehouse best practice
  • HSE awareness and forklift licence
  • Proficient in MS Office and performance reporting
  • Confident in improving processes, solving problems and managing change
Desirable:
  • Logistics or warehouse-related qualifications
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or similar H&S training
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations
  • Excellent people management skills and experience
