- Processes (with operations teams etc)
- Optimise Routines (ensure routines such as pipeline reviews are scheduled and taking place, as well as actions logged and followed up)
- Policies & SOPs are up to date
- KPI tracking (resolve issues & evolve)
- In depth analysis and feedback to Heads of Dealing, Country Managers and Dealers. Highlight where we are performing well and/or badly.
- Own and organise local training programs on the various clusters to help capability to upsell; collection accounts, API integration, Playbook hedging programs etc..
- Act as an overwatch champion, providing consistent performance updates to dealers
- Training routines
- Analysis from client calls to show where we are/aren't cross selling products
- Account planning
- Pipeline reviews
- Tracking and showing performance vs metrics
- Supporting problematic areas
- Dealing manual
- Commission SOP + any short term incentives
- 3+ yrs professional experience within financial services
- Experience in a front office role is preferred, or a background working closely with these teams in a sales operations position
- A track record of strong academic or professional achievement
- Self starting & proactive
- Very strong analytical skills
