- Handling phone calls from our customers regarding orders, amendments, cancellations and complaints;
- Investigating any complaints as quickly and as thoroughly as possible, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained;
- Attending production meetings and taking detailed notes of the discussions and decisions made during the meeting such as project timelines, production issues etc.
- Stock and inventory management;
- Managing the team in the absence of the Customer Services Manager, providing guidance and motivation to the team.
