
Affiliate Marketing Manager

- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for regional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Regionalise/ localize and implement Nomad’s affiliate and influencer marketing programs in Europe
- Identify, recruit, and onboard regional affiliate partners, influencers, and creators
- Manage and optimize regional campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and ROI
- Collaborate with performance marketing on promo calendars, tracking (UTM, Adjust), and conversion analysis
- Maintain affiliate platform operations (e.g., Impact, ShareASale) and ensure data accuracy
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the Americas Lead and global marketing team
- Support creation of regionally relevant campaign briefs, creative assets, and local offers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, brand safety standards, and consumer expectations in European markets
- 3–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or partnerships in European markets
- Strong familiarity with affiliate networks, local creator ecosystems, and go-to-market best practices
- Data-driven and comfortable working with attribution and analytics platforms (Impact, Adjust, GA4, etc.)
- Skilled in partner relationship management, negotiation, and campaign execution
- Able to work independently while aligning closely with a global marketing blueprint
- Demonstrated regional growth in affiliate- and influencer-driven acquisition within Europe
- Knowledge of local affiliate and influencer platforms or networks specific to European countries
- Hands-on experience working with regional agencies, partners, and creators for activation and performance
- Familiarity with European cross-border compliance, GDPR, and regional payment considerations
- Fluency in one or more European languages beyond English preferred but not required
- Growth in Europe-based affiliate and influencer-sourced acquisition and revenue
- Campaign ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
- Number and quality of new affiliate and creator partnerships activated in region
- Consistency and accuracy of campaign tracking and reporting
- Alignment and collaboration with global and European teams
