Site Manager - 3 Month Contract - Essex
Immediate start on a high-profile industrial build
Join a confidential, high-profile project in Essex as an experienced Site Manager with both M&E awareness and solid all-round site management skills. This is a site-based role on a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating logistics
  • Managing M&E works alongside broader construction activities
  • Ensuring all trades are sequenced effectively to meet deadlines
  • Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance across the site
  • Liaising with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly

What We're Looking For * Strong all-round site management experience
  • Understanding of M&E systems plus general building knowledge
