The focus of this role is to ensure we build and deliver client-first measurement and effectiveness solutions to solve wider client and marketplace business challenges, utilising new and existing data products to drive incremental outcomes. You will contribute to the UK growth and product strategy, helping to shape the future direction of the Data Services team.Clients: You will be responsible for delivering value and satisfaction to our wider client base and your direct client Hive. You will work with the Brainlabs and client teams to ensure we are providing incremental value solutions that are solving our clients business, media and data challenges. Our goal for clients is to be viewed as their most sophisticated data marketing partner and you will be responsible for driving measurement and effectiveness solutions, primarily MMM, for the clients within your Hive.People: Work with your dedicated Hive to build strong relationships and improve the data proficiency of the team around you.Commercial: Identifying new opportunities for clients within your client base to deliver continual growth for the wider Data Services proposition.Product: Showcasing of current solutions to help solve client challenges and idea generation and development of new solutions that are both bespoke to individual clients or able to solve the challenges of the many.Collaboration: Working in partnership with our Client Partners, Hive teams, product leaders and COE community to deliver data and technology first thinking to our clients.Agency: You will act as a Data leader in the wider business and help to drive a greater understanding of the possibilities that econometrics can bring to our clients and wider business. Your knowledge and capability will drive forward the understanding and development of what Measurement and Effectiveness is within Brainlabs, and lead to an improved data proficiency throughout the business.We'd like you to
  • Have either a Data Science, MarTech Solutions or Mathematics background with problem solving capabilities
  • Have a background in running Econometrics/MMM projects from start to finish for clients
  • Use your knowledge of marketing in conjunction with your extensive expertise to build innovative solutions to client challenges
  • You can ensure modelling output is technically excellent and addresses client questions; you can ensure that all output is fit for purpose, consistent and accurate.
  • Producing outstanding marketing evaluation projects to clients including data analytics, data visualisation and running statistical models
  • Work with our Indian Centre Of Excellence, wider Data Services and client teams to lead and deliver econometric solutions

All sounds great, right? So here's what we are looking for
  • Solid experience of running econometric/MMM solutions with experience in Bayesian and Regression methodologies within the digital marketing and advertising sector
  • Project Management experience to help drive forward projects with client stakeholders
  • Experience in a senior Data Science or Data Strategy role and leading projects from start to finish
  • Someone with experience of managing a small team, ensuring that deliverables are met as well as mentoring and training team members
  • Client-facing experience and commercial acumen
  • Experience of presenting back analysis and findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience of modelling with statistical packages and a strong capability in SQL and Python, cloud computing products such as Google Cloud Platform, a strong understanding of hypothesis testing and measurement methodologies such as frequentist and bayesian approaches, or a strong statistical knowledge and data analysis skills
