- Leading and coaching a team of Key Account Managers and Contract Sales/Specification Managers
- Delivering ambitious volume growth targets across the region
- Building and driving regional sales strategies aligned to wider business goals
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Merchants, CDC and more
- Managing your own portfolio of key accounts, developing senior relationships with national contractors, house builders, and large construction customers
- Is confident leading people and can balance support with stretch
- Understands how to implement strategy and drive performance through others
- Has strong commercial and collaborative instincts
- Can take ownership of customer relationships at senior level and lead by example
- Brings experience in a similar sales leadership or national account role – ideally within construction, coatings, or a related industry (but we’re open)
- Experience managing a field-based team and working with large, contractor-led accounts is ideal. A background within construction, coatings, or a related industry would be a bonus – but we value leadership impact over industry knowledge.
