- Accurately process adverse event cases in line with regulatory and company standards
- Collaborate with veterinary services and customer-facing teams to investigate and report cases
- Manage your own caseload with precision and timeliness
- Deepen your understanding of pharmacovigilance databases and regulations
- Build technical knowledge of our product portfolio and relevant disease conditions
- A science-based background (minimum 2 A-levels or equivalent)
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A detailed-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret scientific/clinical data
- A proactive, process-driven approach to work
