That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.You’ll be a Manager, Associate Director or Director working independently, and with the support of other Directors and Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members. You’ll have a deep understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and / or reporting accountant’s work. You’ll also have developed sector knowledge.You’ll be someone with:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
  • Significant experience of working within a corporate finance department.
  • Proven track record of successful business development / winning in the market
  • Previous management experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
