As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom setting. Your main responsibilities will include:Job Duties:
  • Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Supporting students with their learning and development
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
Education:Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and MathsExperience:Previous experience in a teaching assistant or classroom support roleKnowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to build rapport with students
  • Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification
Working Conditions:This role is based in a school setting and may require working during school hours.
