Business DivisionsGroup FunctionsYour roleThis is an exciting opportunity for gaining valuable experience by performing a variety of activities within the Payroll Function, such as:
  • support UK and Jersey Payroll Team with tasks related to the full scope of payroll monthly activities, from maintaining the accuracy of employees personal records to running payroll monthly reports
  • replay to employees payroll related enquires
  • provide payroll data to support ongoing payroll projects
  • support our Finance Team with month-end close and reporting activities
  • build up expertise by close cooperation with stakeholders

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the UK Payroll Delivery team located in Krakow and Wroclaw focusing on delivering accurate and timely monthly pay to our UK and Jersey colleagues. We work closely with human resources teams to keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.Your expertise
  • student or graduate within an academic focus in Finance/Economy/Math and/or Human Resources, with good communication skills and ability to work within large data set and multitask
  • previous payroll/HR experience is not required, however work experience in large organization would be an asset
  • strong English verbal and writing skills
  • well organized, with a sharp eye for details
  • service oriented and positive attitude
  • comfortable working with tight deadlines
  • ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
  • strong numerical skills
