This role will see you work across a range of impactful projects that blend traditional BI with emerging AI capabilities.What you'll be doing:
- Developing data solutions using Power BI, SQL, and ETL techniques, and learn Power Apps and Co-Pilot
- Building data models and visualising insights for business stakeholders
- Supporting early-stage AI/ML initiatives, such as process automation and predictive analytics
- Working in an agile, cloud-first environment using the latest Microsoft tools
- Collaborating with a growing team of data engineers, BI developers and AI specialists
- One day a week for dedicated learning - work towards a Level 4 Data Analyst accreditation
- Structured progression: salary increases every six months up to £32k in two years
- A Friday early finish - the whole company logs off at 1:30pm
- Hybrid working: initially office-based in Middlesborough, then 3 days/week onsite

- Some experience in SQL (or strong Excel skills)
- Familiarity or enthusiasm for Power BI and data storytelling
