As a Benefits Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you'll support the management and delivery of a programme of transformational projects within the Warships business of Marine Support.Day to day, you'll provide a focal point to promote benefits management, providing a consistent and common approach, lead benefit meetings and forums and build and maintain a repository of good examples of documentation.
- Developing and reporting Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, scope and risk to assess progress against the agreed baseline of all transformation projects.
- Developing, maintaining and communicating transformation project schedules.
- Managing project control activities associated with the transformation and Warships Support.
- Ensuring delivery of reporting, both financial and project, assurance, and stakeholder management.
- Continually improving transformation benefits and costs management to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the Babcock support value stream.

- Degree or HND, or equivalent level, in Business / Project management subject or alternatively relevant experience.
