- Define feature priorities, balance immediate needs with long-term investments, and align capabilities with XR's mission and business objectives.
- Research the market, build relationships with stakeholders, and work on new products and capabilities from ideation to launch.
- Continuously research and evaluate new solutions to expand capabilities and improve user experience in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable products.
- Lead the launch of new features through the commercialization process, collaborating with teams across the company and around the world to get the product in front of clients.
- Investigate and explore opportunities to unlock new locations and screens where brands can deliver their message.
- Work with partners in the ad tech ecosystem to unlock value for clients and partners across the industry.
- Proven success in driving product initiatives from ideation to launch.
- Experience in the advertising industry and can explain the difference between SSP and DSP.
- Excited for challenging problems and driven to find innovative solutions.
- Thrives in environments with multiple stakeholders with different priorities and can collaborate with everyone to accomplish the product goal.
- Experience working in an agile environment using software such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Bolt/Lovable or related software
- Hybrid in our New York City, Toronto, UK London office preferred. Remote in United States also acceptable
