Join us as a Manufacturing Operative and be part of a fast-paced, friendly team where your hard work helps us to become the best at fresh!Shift Pattern – Rotating Days & NightsWe run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am):
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
  • Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

  • Annual salary: £26,186 (£13.08 per hour) – £27,512(£13.74 per hour)
  • Shift allowance: £1,056 per year (extra 50p per hour)
  • Overtime paid at 1.25%

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
  • Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.
  • Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
  • Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You’ll need:
  • Previous experience in a factory or production environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Motivated and driven
  • Willing to learn
  • You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)
