- Working with pupils aged 6–16 who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and moderate learning difficulties.
- Providing personalised academic and emotional support, both in 1:1 sessions and small group work.
- Helping students engage with lessons, build confidence, and develop independence.
- Assisting teaching staff in creating an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
- Competitive pay – earn up to £600 per week
- Full-time, term-time position (Monday to Friday)
- Professional training and ongoing development with SEN specialists
- A clear pathway into roles such as Educational Psychology, SEN Teaching, Speech & Language Therapy, or Mental Health Support
- Long-term placement with opportunities to progress within the school or education sector
- A minimum 2:2 degree (Psychology, Education or related fields advantageous)
- Patient, adaptable, and confident when faced with challenges
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Previous experience with SEN, youth work, or mentoring is desirable but not essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
