- Experience with preparing DTS authorizations and providing miscellaneous operations support
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to provide administrative support for the systems engineering and architecture development processes
- Ability to develop a variety of reports, monthly progress, or status reports, and generate invoices to the Government
- Ability to monitor and track obligations and expenditures for assigned contract tasks, schedules, ceilings, and reports
- Ability to coordinate and document events, including travel, meetings, and conferences.
- Ability to resolve billing and invoice discrepancies
- Ability to type highly specialized technical reports rapidly and accurately
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience with administrative support
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
