As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administration services to our client's DB pension schemes. You will be responsible for performing complex calculations, communicating with clients and members, and mentoring less experienced team members to ensure the smooth running of the schemes.Responsibilities
- Perform complex pensions calculations accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with clients and members on complex queries
- Peer review work to ensure high standards and compliance
- Stay current with technical developments and legislative changes
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members
- Manage small-scale, ad hoc projects as needed
- Previous experience as a Senior Pensions Administrator
- Strong knowledge of DB schemes and governing legislation
- Ability to perform and peer review complex calculations
- Excellent communication skills for client and member interactions
- Proficiency in automated and manual pension administration processes
