Commercial Property Solicitor – GloucesterAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established, multi-site law firm with offices across Gloucestershire.This position is based in the firm’s growing commercial property department and is ideally suited to someone with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling a broad caseload of commercial property matters
  • Managing sales and purchases of both properties and businesses
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, assignments and renewals
