- Manage the Credit Control email inbox, answering internal and external queries
- Reviewing BACs payments daily from bank report.
- Answer calls from clients and resolve any queries they have.
- Management of own ledger, seeking assistance when needed from Consultants and Team Leaders.
- Reviewing aged debt on each account to ensure timely resolution and payment.
- Send out Client Registration Forms to new clients, ensuring we have the correct Accounts Payable contact information
- Perform new credit checks and monitor existing clients using Experian, updating our accounting software to ensure records are up to date and accurate. Using this information to make informed decisions on payment terms
- Provide cover for direct Credit Control Team members when needed
- Provide cover when needed for Framework Accounts which includes marking up remittances, posting payments and querying rates.
- Flag any potential issues of payment to Team Leader in meetings or ad hoc and propose resolution.
- 5 GCSE’s grade C/4 (or equivalent) or above. Must include English Language and Maths
- A-Levels are desirable
