Seven Social Care is looking for a Building Services Officer to fill an exclusive opportunity in the London borough of havering.We have opportunities available for up to 12 months and the pay is £16.23 per hour.The Hiring manager is looking for someone who can work 35 hours a week (various shifts available from Monday to Sunday).The role:Provide a range of essential services related to the operation & management of corporate buildings including but not limited to,Building Open & ClosePorterage & Delivery ServicesCompliance TestingMinor MaintenanceRoom Set-up & ClearanceProvide Working from Home EquipmentKey Responsibilities:Ensure the security of Council buildings providing safety of keys and applicable tools.Regularly patrol the building campus (internally & externally) notifying responsible person of any security issuesAssist as appropriate with disruptive & aggressive situations within Campus buildings.control access of contractors and other authorised persons as necessaryEnsure appropriate daily access to buildings especially in the event of snow, flooding, or similar emergency situations.Carry out weekly compliance tests (Alarms, Water, Lights)If this role is something you'd be interested in or available to undertake, please could you reply to this email with your CV ASAP?
