Take charge of forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the full Group P&L, cash flow, and key initiatives in this high-impact leadership role. Lead a talented team based in London, Leeds, and Manila, driving financial transformation and delivering crucial insights to senior stakeholders including the CFO and Executive Committee.
Key responsibilities include managing annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting, partnering with non-financial teams to challenge assumptions, supporting strategic projects like ERP/EPM upgrades, and championing innovation to enhance business performance.
You'll bring strong Excel modelling, excellent communication, and proven project management skills. Qualified CIMA, ACA, or ACCA with significant PQE, experience leading through change, and the ability to build influential relationships are essential.
