- Complete all required compliance training and procedures and support new staff onboarding through training and providing assistance.
- Take initiative in improving key performance indicators (KPIs) by providing data and action plans to management.
- Prioritize health, safety, and welfare of oneself and colleagues following group and local EHS procedures.
- Has a proven experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in the construction industry.
- Has in-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with clients as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Has a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent or NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
- Has a CSCS Card or is a member of IOSH
