The One Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing SME with a global footprint, as they look to appoint an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a Xero expert to take full ownership of finance operations across the UK and international entities, within a business that prides itself on innovation, growth, and customer success.In this broad and varied position, you'll be at the heart of the finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight. Responsibilities include:
  • Full ownership of day-to-day finance operations across multiple entities using Xero
  • Managing credit control, AP/AR, payroll and VAT
  • Reconciling multi-currency bank accounts
  • Preparing management and financial accounts
  • Supporting senior leadership with reporting, analysis and decision-making
We're looking for a Finance professional who thrives in the pace and variety of an SME environment. You'll be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves while keeping a strategic eye on the bigger picture.Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record in a broad SME finance role
  • Expert user of Xero (essential)
  • Strong across the full accounting cycle, from bookkeeping through to year end
  • Confident with multi-currency and international transactions
  • Detail-focused, accurate, and self-motivated
