The Digital Marketing Manager will:
– Optimise the company website for lead generation, implementing CRO and UX best practices
– Develop and execute HubSpot-driven automation campaigns, lead scoring, and nurture sequences
– Lead social media strategy and demand generation activities, focusing on LinkedIn and paid ads
– Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
– Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital strategies with overall business goalsYou Will Need
– Proven expertise in SEO, CRO, and UX optimisation for high-conversion websites
– Strong data-driven mindset with advanced analytics and reporting skills
– Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, SEMrush, and heatmapping tools
