As an English Teacher, you'll deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across various age groups. You'll foster critical thinking, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the power of language through teaching practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for guiding young minds.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver English lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration of English language and literature.
- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their language proficiency and literary understanding.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their academic growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
- Strong command of the English language and a deep understanding of English literature.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in English studies.
