On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £70,000Are you a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive looking to make your mark for an exciting PropTech startup?We're on the hunt for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a growing business development team and help propel a game-changing rental platform into a must-use tool for letting agents. Based just minutes from Camden Station and Regent’s Park, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth, onboarding clients, and building out our scalable sales engine.What you'll be doing:
- Generating leads and connecting with estate agents via calls, emails, and (occasionally) face-to-face meetings
- Showcasing the platform and guiding clients through the sign-up and onboarding process
- Helping define and execute a winning sales strategy in collaboration with our founder and development team
- Building strong relationships to boost client loyalty and drive platform adoption
- Hitting (and smashing) monthly sales targets while playing a key role in scaling our business
- A confident communicator and natural salesperson with previous experience in sales, business development or a similar role
- A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and thinking creatively to open doors
- A persuasive relationship-builder with solid negotiation skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales tracking software (a bonus!)
- ÂŁ30,000 base salary
- Realistic ÂŁ50,000-ÂŁ70,000+ OTE within 6 months
