Assembly Fitter, Salary: £12.80 – 14.65 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week , Clean modern environment, based in Warrington, Holidays: 28 days (including bank holidays)We are seeking an Assembly Fitter to join a friendly and supportive team in a modern, clean facility based in Warrington You’ll be working on brand-new vehicle conversions in a well-equipped and professional workshop, with full training and tools provided by the company.Duties of the Assembly Fitter positionFit and install racking, shelving, flooring, and other specialist equipment into new vehiclesSafely manoeuvre vehicles within the workshopInterpret and work from instructionsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe workspaceUsing hand and power toolsWe welcome applicants from various hands-on or trade backgrounds, including: Coachbuilding, Kitchen/window Fitting, Welding/fabrication, Cabinet Making, Assembly Fitter semi-skilled or skilled vehicle mechanic, electrical work, and General hands-on background.Key requirements of the Assembly Fitter role:

Confident with hand and power tools
High attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude and team player
Keen to learn and upskill
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
