- Regular travel to customer site: Manchester/Preston area with potential for occasional overseas on-site meetings
- Develop and execute the EMEA EUT strategy, including methodologies, tools, and materials.
- Deliver tailored EUT programs aligned with customer transformation objectives.
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure effective user adoption.
- Mentor Change Readiness Services resources, fostering an engaging team environment.
- Manage training budget, resources, and logistics to optimize program efficiency.
- Collaborate with customer project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Assess and continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Proven ability to lead change and end-user training initiatives.
- Background in change management, particularly in technology-driven organizational change.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels, including senior leadership.
- Familiarity with large, complex ERP and change programs.
- Certification in training and development.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and technologies such as Digital Adoption Platforms.
- Knowledge of competency-based training and performance management.
- Working knowledge of project management principles.
