Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in Cardiff primary schools.About the RoleWe have both full-time and part-time positions available. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, nurture young learners, and take the first step towards a long-term career in education.Key Responsibilities 👨‍🏫Create a positive and supportive learning environment.Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines.Supervise children during break and lunchtimes.Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed.Follow school policies to ensure a safe, structured environment.What We’re Looking For 😁Enthusiasm – a positive, can-do attitude that inspires children.Adaptability – happy to support with different tasks each day.Interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable, and a team player.No formal qualifications are required — this role is ideal for those with a genuine passion for supporting children.
