- Assisting Account Managers with daily customer account management, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Preparing and following up on costings, ensuring pricing is accurate and competitive
- Managing customer data platforms (SKU loading, pricing, MODs, image uploads)
- Maintaining internal systems including PLM and WMS for order processing
- Creating line sheets for internal and customer use; update trackers with key data such as pricing and MODs
- Critical Path Management - supporting product progression and monitoring key stages to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinating packaging cutter guides and artwork approvals; managing label creation and distribution
- Collaborating with the product development team on sample management and tracking
- Building strong working relationships with customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration
- Responding to client queries promptly and professionally, delivering a seamless experience.
- Extensive experience in a similar Account Executive or Account Support role, within a supplier or retail buying environment
- Strong understanding of the product development process and critical path stages
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT proficient; able to use MS Office and data management platforms with confidence
- Demonstrates sound problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
