You’ll be part of a busy Accounts Management team, supporting major customers and liaising with global suppliers.   • Monday to Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes' lunch break

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assisting Account Managers with daily customer account management, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Preparing and following up on costings, ensuring pricing is accurate and competitive
  • Managing customer data platforms (SKU loading, pricing, MODs, image uploads)
  • Maintaining internal systems including PLM and WMS for order processing
  • Creating line sheets for internal and customer use; update trackers with key data such as pricing and MODs
  • Critical Path Management - supporting product progression and monitoring key stages to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinating packaging cutter guides and artwork approvals; managing label creation and distribution
  • Collaborating with the product development team on sample management and tracking
  • Building strong working relationships with customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Responding to client queries promptly and professionally, delivering a seamless experience.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in a similar Account Executive or Account Support role, within a supplier or retail buying environment
  • Strong understanding of the product development process and critical path stages
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT proficient; able to use MS Office and data management platforms with confidence
  • Demonstrates sound problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable team player
