Standard National Scale plus Special Educational Needs 1 Allowance (SEN 2 is payable for those who have an additional qualification in a relevant area of special needs).Hayfield School is seeking to appoint an experienced and excellent classroom practitioner to join our successful primary school for children with Social Communication Difficulties.The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who will truly embrace our ethos of “Learning to Live and Love Life Together”. They will thrive and enjoy working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism. They will be a nurturing, creative and reflective classroom practitioner with a passion for ensuring that children with additional needs are fully equipped and ready to face the challenges that lay ahead of them. The
leadership team would particularly like to hear from candidates who are currently teaching in:
a) Early Years, or
b) Working with children with complex needs and following a pre-formal curriculum.The ability to plan and adapt the curriculum to suit a broad range of needs is essential for this post.Prospective candidates are encouraged to visit the school on Tuesday 23rd April at 4pm to meet with the Headteacher and Leadership Team.
