- Lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints while supporting governance, enabling decision making and providing delivery reports
- Design project structure and organisation appropriate to stage while using suitable delivery methodologies, managing effective transition between project phases
- Develop a comprehensive business case with input from specialists, defining measurable benefits and outcomes while implementing a Benefits Realisation Strategy and monitoring long term delivery
- Identify skill requirements and deploy and develop resources while maintaining the budget and tracking delivery
- Establish and manage stakeholder and senior leader relationships internally and externally
- Monitor project risks and issues to mitigate actions and escalate if required, while working with related projects to manage interdependencies
- Organise and engage with assurance processes and reviews such as gateway reviews while supporting recommendations
- Ensure effective change management processes are in place and document changes to deliverables as agreed with stakeholders
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to the project team, showing commitment to personal development and promoting effective individual and team performance
- Translate strategic vision into delivery goals and establish effective project controls while monitoring performance to report progress to stakeholders
