- Work with a variety of stakeholders including subject matter experts and technical stakeholders.
- Discover, assess, and design solutions for user needs.
- Document and refine solutions following feedback.
- Review and provide feedback on your peers' solutions.
- Progress features through the product development lifecycle from requirements handover to feature development completion.
- Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, developers, and testers.
- Demonstrate newly developed features to a range of audiences.
- 2 - 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Financial Technology sector.
- You are a self-starter and enthusiastic.
- Your excellent communication skills, both written and oral, enable effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels of business and technical understanding.
- Your strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills enable you to interpret requirements and design solutions.
- You have a high degree of critical thinking and attention to detail.
- You are able to plan, organise, and structure work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication with non-technical and technical audiences. Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience producing business process flow diagrams and use case diagrams.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Practical knowledge of writing SQL queries and understanding of relational databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working in financial services, desirably pensions.
- Experience working in Agile teams, preferably following Scrum methodology.
- Exposure to microservices and APIs.
- Relevant certification in Business Analysis.
