
Lettings Manager

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings portfolio
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring full legal compliance with current lettings legislation
- Driving portfolio growth and improving operational processes
- Supporting and guiding the local team to exceed client expectations
- Handling a busy workload while remaining calm under pressure
- ARLA qualified or working towards Level 3 ARLA
- At least 2 years of residential lettings experience
- Strong working knowledge of Property Management legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with great administrative and typing skills
- Proactive, confident, and motivated approach
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
