We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of professionals and right now we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Master Black Belt to join our team and lead our organization towards operational excellence.As a Lean Master Black Belt at Megger, you will play a pivotal role in driving Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring operational efficiency across all facets of our organization. The successful candidate will lead Lean initiatives, mentor and coach Green Belts and Black Belts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver sustainable results. There is huge opportunity to improve the business processes outside of the assembly of the products and this will be the focus of the role. It includes the responsibility for the intelligent automation (RPA) projects.Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Lean initiatives to improve processes and eliminate waste throughout the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to Green Belts and Black Belts to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and drive change management.
  • Define the standards for the organisation and grow the recently introduced Megger Excellence System into a world class operational excellence (OE) system.
  • Act as a change agent by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze processes, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on Lean initiatives, progress, and results.
Qualifications
  • Certified Lean Master Black Belt with a proven track record of successful Lean project implementations.
  • Knowledge/experience of Robotic Process Automation.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Business process improvement experience outside of manufacturing
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
