- Highly experienced delivering across the full UX lifecycle - from discovery through to delivery
- Proven track record of directing and guiding other designers, sharing best practice and raising standards across multiple teams
- Skilled at managing stakeholders: aligning expectations, managing feedback and enabling designers to focus on delivery
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to keep design work connected to business and UX strategy
- Expert in Figma, Miro and other prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems (atomic design and variables) with demonstrable experience working mobile-first across responsive design
- Skilled at using research insights and data to inform design choices
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and Design Thinking sessions with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills; able to clearly articulate design choices to senior stakeholders
- Experienced in agile environments, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent understanding of accessibility guidelines and how to design inclusive experiences

- Leading the Design System ways of working, ensuring it is up-to-date and consistently adopted
- Working with the UX Manager to ensure the UX strategy is embedded within the team's ways of working
- Working closely with the UX Researcher and Data Analyst to ensure insights drive design choices
- Supporting UX Designers in developing confidence with facilitating workshops to collaboratively solve problems
- Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand challenges, set expectations and manage timelines
- Building strong business relationships, providing regular updates and championing UX across the organisation
