Job Description:Senior Systems AccountantRobert Half are supporting our client with the recruitment of a Senior Systems Accountant to take ownership of their recently implemented ERP. This is a key role, driving efficiencies, embedding best practice, and supporting the continued growth of the business.The RoleAct as system owner for Sage Intacct, providing day-to-day support to finance and wider business users.Maintain system controls, user profiles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.Lead on process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support financial and business performance.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.Manage integrations with payroll, CRM, banking, and other business systems.Liaise with Sage Intacct support partners on issues and upgrades.Train and up-skill finance team members, acting as the go-to expert.Support wider finance transformation projects.About YouQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.Strong knowledge of core finance processes.Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.Background as a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Analyst, or Systems Finance ManagerAdvanced Excel and report-building skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across finance, IT, and operations.Experience with system implementations, migrations, or upgrades.What's on OfferCompetitive salary c.£70,000 - £80,000 + benefits.Opportunity to shape and optimise a newly implemented finance system.Involvement in strategic projects and exposure to senior leadership.Long-term career progression within finance and systems.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
