Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable NQT Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Bridgend. This is a full-time role covering classes across Reception to Year 6, with class sizes capped at 30 pupils and additional support provided by teaching assistants.This is an excellent opportunity for an NQT who wants to develop classroom confidence, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference in a supportive primary school environment.Role Responsibilities:Teach classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 where requiredUse PPA time effectively to plan differentiated lessons for mixed-ability learnersWork alongside and direct Teaching Assistants to support pupils, including those with SENMonitor behaviour and progress, ensuring pupils follow their individual plansCreate a positive, inclusive learning environment that inspires pupil engagementRequirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) gained in the UK (or equivalent recognised qualification)Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) – guidance provided if neededPositive references from placement schools demonstrating teaching potentialA proactive, energetic approach with a passion for teachingWhat We Offer:Competitive daily pay starting from £166.32, paid weeklySupport from a dedicated consultant throughout your placementAccess to NQT and CPD training opportunitiesOpportunity to secure a long-term or permanent position within the schoolValuable classroom experience to support your Early Career Teacher (ECT) journeyApply today by submitting your CV. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
