– Act as a link between frontline staff and management, supporting and mentoring social workers, especially those in the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
– Model best practices and take the lead on complex and challenging cases.
– Maintain a reduced caseload with a focus on high-risk and complicated scenarios.
– Conduct quality assurance by auditing casework and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
– Lead safeguarding investigations and actively participate in multi-agency meetings to ensure the welfare of clients.
