Job Description:Exciting Opportunity for a Finance ManagerAre you an experienced Finance Manager looking to take full ownership of a varied and hands-on finance role? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead all aspects of financial operations, reporting directly to senior leadership, managing and supporting a finance assistant.Key Responsibilities of the Finance ManagerAudit & Compliance: Oversee all accounting entries through to audit confirmation and ensure full financial compliance across all departments.Tax & HMRC Management: Submit VAT returns, manage Corporation Tax, and ensure all payments and filings are accurate and timely.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide support to the Head of Finance; manage reports, data analysis, and monthly account uploads using an analystics platform.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting processes, manage rolling monthly cash flow forecasts.Treasury & Foreign Exchange: Handle currency management, FX trades, and related compliance.Legal, HR & Intercompany: Support legal and HR admin, maintain intercompany agreements, and manage intercompany accounts.Journal & Ledger Management: Manage monthly and year-end journals and general ledger entriesWhat We're Looking For in a Finance ManagerProven experience in a finance role is essentialExcellent numerical and spreadsheet skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyERP system experience and advanced Excel skillsStrong organisational and communication skillsMotivated, positive, and proactive attitudePart-qualified applicants welcome - study support may be availableWhy Apply?As the Finance Manager, you'll play a vital role in the financial success of the business, taking ownership of a broad finance function with visibility across departments.
