Residential Living Recruitment (RLR) is working with an industry leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator to recruit a Lettings Manager who will be part of a high-performing team for a fantastic BTR development in Manchester.Role : Lettings Manager (Build to Rent)Location : ManchesterSalary : Up to £40,000 + BonusRole overview –The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the operational performance and support with the lettings strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, lettings targets, renewals targets, rent reviews of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy.Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team. Support with the management of the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire Built to Rent product and operation.Experience required –
  • Previous experience leading a complete lettings process and driving performance
  • Previous experience working as a Senior Lettings Associate, Lettings Manager or equivalent
  • A proven track record of leading winning teams
  • ARLA / MARLA desirable
