This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of a wide variety of construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets and cost plansProvide cost advice throughout the design and construction processManage subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administrationLiaise with project teams to monitor progress and control costsCarry out site visits, valuations, and interim/final accountsSupport in identifying and managing risk and value engineering opportunitiesContribute to continuous improvement in processes and project deliveryREQUIREMENTSRelevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role (main contracting environment preferred)Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and cost control processesExcellent numerical, analytical, and communication skillsA team player with a proactive and flexible approachExperience working on refurbishment and heritage projects is advantageousREWARDS AND BENEFITSA competitive salary of up to £80,0o0 dependant on experience + benefits
