Join us and help shape the future of our stores!We're looking for a motivated individual with an understanding of store operations, exceptionally strong data analysis capability, and experience engaging senior stakeholders. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy around loss culture in our stores by researching, designing and landing improvements in the operating platform across the estate.Key responsibilities· Lead cultural change across all stores through initiatives like Operation Phoenix, engaging stakeholders across all levels from Customer Advisor to Director of Stores.· Partner with leaders - work closely with the Stores Operational Support team, Store Managers, General Managers, and Area Managers to deliver change as the subject matter expert for loss.· Turn data into action - interpret raw loss data and translate it into clear, practical steps for the store estate.· Deliver clarity - create and implement clear SOPs to embed the loss agenda in everyday store operations.What you'll need to have· A deep understanding of store operations - previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience is essential.· Exceptional data analysis skills, ideally with platforms such as Power BI.· Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage the Top 50 loss stores, up to and including Area Manager level.· The ability to travel as required to high loss stores across the UK - it is expected that this role will spend at least one day per week in stores with the remainder of time within the Nottingham Support OfficeIt would be great if you also have.
