Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Reading!
  • Basic Salary Negotiable Up To £36,000 Depending On Experience & Qualifications
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm Or 7.30am - 4.30pm If Preferred (40 Hour Week) / 1 In 4 Saturday Mornings 8am - 12pm
  • Well-Established Main Car Dealership Workshop Environment
  • Full Manufacturer Training To Get EV Trained, MOT Licence, Path To Master Technician
  • State Of The Art Facilities & Workshop (Less Than 5 Years Old!!)
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Our Client, a well-established Main Car Dealership in Reading is currently seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well established site and to work within a friendly team. The successful Vehicle Technician must be an experienced Technician and qualified to Level 3 or similar. It is also advantageous if you hold an MOT Licence but not Essential.Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, help drive the workshop and sales, whilst delivering excellent customer service.Our Client is offering the successful Vehicle Technician:

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out Service Checks
  • Repair work
  • MOT repairs
  • Carrying out Diagnostics
  • PDI Work
  • Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
  • Carry out other duties as requested
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technicians:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferable
  • Level 2 and 'hands on' experience will also be considered
  • You must have a good working attitude
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • Working well as Part of a Team
  • Maintaining the workshop to a high standard
  • Ensuring adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Workshop
