Do you have your Legal Practice Certificate (or equivalent)If so we want to hear from you, this is a great opportunity for someone with no legal experience and is looking to get started within the field and begin their legal career.We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal Advice Team who has excellent attention to detail, can manage and prioritise their own workload and has a track record of providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Offer complimentary general legal advice to members of trade unions or organisations (excluding all legal areas)
  • A dynamic fast passed position involving telephone communication, including both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Demonstrating confidence in managing your own workload while effectively conducting research between calls.
  • Carrying out legal research and ensuring client follow up calls are completed
  • Demonstrating confidence in achieving multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as telephony metrics (service levels, abandonment rates), call quality, advisory quality, and conversion rates.
  • Referring members to the S&G services to be converted where applicable
About You:
  • LPC or equivalent required
  • Good customer service/communication skills
  • Can work well within a team
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
