  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
  • Support emotional regulation, behaviour management strategies, and pupil wellbeing
  • Work alongside class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored support
Candidate RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or SEND needs
  • A calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Confidence in de-escalating challenging situations and adapting to classroom needs
